Start in washcloth mode — tuck the small plastic handle inside the large soft silicone handle to make a compact, hand-held scrubber.
Apply your body wash and lather your arms, chest and legs. This soaps the whole mesh as you go.
Switch to back scrubber mode — pull the handles apart and hold one in each hand. The mesh is already fully soapy, end to end.
Drape the mesh behind you and use a gentle back-and-forth motion to reach your full back — no twisting or straining required.
Rinse thoroughly after use and hang it by the mesh on one of the two included suction hooks to air-dry. For a sturdier spot, upgrade to the Fähloo Shower Valet ($6).

Rinse after every use — hang to dry between showers to prevent moisture buildup.
Replace every 4–8 weeks — like any bath tool, regular replacement maintains hygiene and performance.
Hand wash only — avoid machine washing, which can distort the mesh structure.
Do not use with bleach-based cleaners — a mild soap rinse is sufficient.

Mount to a clean, dry, smooth surface (tile, glass, or acrylic) for maximum hold.
Press it on firmly with hand pressure, then lock it down to secure it.
Avoid textured or porous wall surfaces — the suction won't hold as effectively.
If the suction weakens, remove, rinse, dry, and remount.
