Where We Ship

We ship to all 50 US states and Puerto Rico. We don't ship internationally at this time.

Processing

Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays).

Shipping Options and Cost

• Standard (USPS Ground Advantage) — $4.95, usually 2–5 business days after shipping
• Priority Mail — $9.95, usually 1–3 business days after shipping
• Free Standard shipping on orders of $50 or more, applied automatically at checkout

Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico ship at the same rates; delivery may take a few extra days. Your exact options and rates are shown at checkout.

Tracking

We'll email you a tracking link when your order ships. Haven't received it within 3 business days? Check your spam folder, then email admin@fahloo.com.

What Arrives

Your Fähloo ships in its waterproof travel bag with two small suction hooks.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address. We can't change an order once it has shipped. If a package comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we'll reship it once you pay the new shipping cost.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, check with neighbors and your local post office, then email us within 7 days of the delivery date. We'll help file a claim with the carrier.

Damaged in Transit

Email admin@fahloo.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost. No return is needed.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Email admin@fahloo.com right away with your order number in the subject line. We'll do our best to catch it before it ships.
