Overview

This website is operated by Fahloo LLC ("Fähloo," "we," "us"). These Terms apply to fahloo.com and share.fahloo.com and to any purchase you make from us. By using our sites or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our sites. Questions: admin@fahloo.com.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You agree to give accurate, current information when you check out.

Product Use

Fähloo is a personal-care accessory for use on the skin in the bath or shower. Hand wash only — no washing machine or dryer. Let it dry fully between uses. Stop using it if irritation occurs. Use on children only with adult supervision.

Products, Prices and Availability

We try to show our products, colors and prices accurately, but screens vary and errors can happen. Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. We may limit quantities, or refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, are placed by resellers, or contain a pricing or listing error. If we cancel a paid order, we'll refund it in full.

Payments

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and the wallets offered at checkout (such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay). We never see or store your full card number.

Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy are part of these Terms.

Promotions and Discount Codes

One discount code per order unless stated otherwise. Codes have no cash value, can't be combined with other offers unless stated, and may end without notice.

Share Page and Links

Videos and share links on share.fahloo.com are for personal, non-commercial sharing. Please don't use them in spam, paid advertising, or in ways that misrepresent Fähloo.

Limited Warranty

If your Fähloo has a manufacturing defect that shows up within 30 days of delivery, email us with a photo and we'll replace it. This doesn't cover normal wear, misuse, or machine washing or drying. Except as stated here and to the extent allowed by law, our products and sites are provided "as is" without other warranties, express or implied.

Intellectual Property

The Fähloo name, Effortless Reach™, logos, photos, videos and site content belong to Fahloo LLC. You may not copy or use them commercially without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Fahloo LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our sites or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Indemnification

You agree to hold Fahloo LLC harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our sites or products.

How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to orders placed after it is posted.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah and applicable US federal law.
